Our Philosophy
• I observed that many momos in the market are not prepared hygienically.
• Sellers often use fillers and impure ingredients instead of original, high-quality ones.
• Paneer momos often contain cheap and adulterated paneer.
• Chicken momos frequently include fillers such as soya granules to increase volume.
• Vegetables used are not washed properly.
• Many vendors buy readymade momos from commercial bulk manufacturers and sell them as fresh.
• These unhygienic, factory-made momos with adulterated ingredients can cause food poisoning, gastric issues, and other health risks.

- • We do not make fried or other modified varieties, as those versions become high in trans fats and junk ingredients.

- • Due to high demand, orders must be placed at least 4 hours in advance.
- • Minimum order value: ₹1100.
- • Delivery charges vary depending on location and are handled by trusted partners such as Rapido, Uber, and Uncle Delivery.
- Delivery Free on minimum order of 2000 Inr and Above.

- • We accept bulk orders for small birthday parties, kitty parties, and gatherings.
- • Minimum bulk order value: ₹5000.
- • We do not take very large or commercial-scale orders, as everything is prepared at home to maintain top-quality standards.

Terms And Conditions!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Order Confirmation & Cancellation-
All orders must be fully paid at the time of placing the order.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Any cancelled order will be non-refundable under all circumstances.
Order Timing & Delivery Window.
All regular orders must be placed at least 4 hours in advance, calculated from the time of receipt of payment.
The estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 hours, depending on order volume. Customers are required to consider this time frame before placing an order.
Bulk Orders
All bulk orders must be placed 24 hours in advance with full payment.
Bulk orders become non-refundable after 15 minutes from the time of order placement.
Delivery Partners & Charges
All orders will be delivered through standard third-party delivery partners such as Uber, Rapido, Porter, or any similar service.
Delivery charges shall be borne entirely by the customer and must be paid directly to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Food Quality & Preparation
All food items are prepared by authentic home cooks using pure, hygienic, and high-quality homemade ingredients.
Food is prepared fresh only after the order is received; we are not a fast-food or instant-delivery service.
Temperature & Heating
Due to natural heat loss during transportation, food may arrive warm rather than hot.
Customers may reheat the food in a microwave if required.
We do not guarantee the temperature of food upon delivery, as delivery time may vary and is handled by third-party services.
